Promotion Overview

The Mastercard Dining Offer begins at 12:00 am on December 1st, 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm on December 15th, 2025 or when the funds allocated for this promotion are spent, whichever comes first (“Promotion Period”). Eligible Mastercard must be enrolled no later than December 5, 2025, and in-person dining must occur by December 15, 2025. Additional costs such as beverages (including alcohol), gratuity, and taxes are not included unless otherwise noted.

Eligibility

This Promotion is open to Mastercard credit card holders in the United States. Cardholders must use a valid Mastercard issued by a financial institution in the “Territory” which shall be defined as United States. Debit, Apple Card, Wells Fargo Mastercard card and international transactions are ineligible. To qualify, cardholders must enroll in the promotion with an eligible Mastercard AND have made a transaction with Uber using the same eligible Mastercard within 3 days prior to or after enrollment.

Cardholders’ accounts must be open and in good standing at the time of purchase and statement credit. The statement credit will be awarded to the primary account holder (as determined by the Mastercard account records) name on the account accessed by the Mastercard used to make the qualifying purchase. Purchases from the same account but different cards cannot be combined.

Registration

To participate, cardholders must register their eligible Mastercard at http://mcdiningpromo.com prior to making a qualifying purchase. Some cards may be ineligible to register, subject to the terms and conditions. To unenroll in this promotion, please contact mcdiningpromo@mastercard.com.

Qualifying Transactions

Qualifying purchases must be made using a registered Mastercard. Qualifying purchases can only be made in-person at a qualifying restaurant or dining venue which will be determined and defined by the applicable Mastercard Merchant Category Code. A Merchant Category Code is used to classify a business by the types of goods or services it provides. In the event a qualifying purchase is not classified as such under a qualifying Mastercard Merchant Category Code, but would otherwise have been a qualifying purchase, the transaction will not count as a qualifying purchase nor be eligible for the statement credit. Minimum spend amount per qualifying transaction must be at least $20. For the avoidance of doubt, purchases at a restaurant or dining venue on third party ordering and delivery platforms including but not limited to Uber Eats, Doordash and Grubhub are not eligible for this promotion.

Statement Credit Terms

Cardholders will receive a statement credit of $10 for one qualifying transaction greater than or equal to $20, during the Promotion Period. Credits will be applied to the registered Mastercard account within approximately ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days of the qualifying purchase. Subject to Mastercard’s discretion, a digital or virtual statement credit may be issued in place of a physical credit. The statement credit cannot be returned or exchanged for cash and is nontransferable.

Limitations and Exclusions

  • Takeout, delivery, and online transactions are excluded unless otherwise specified.
  • Fees or payments processed by third parties will not count toward the spend amount and are not eligible for credit.
  • Transactions must be properly classified by third-party processors using Mastercard Merchant Category Code to qualify.
  • No more than one credit may be received during the Promotion.
  • Purchases from the same account but different cards cannot be combined.

For missing statement credits or other issues, contact Mastercard at mcdiningpromo@mastercard.com within 30 days of the transaction date. No credits will be applied after 40 days from the end of the Promotion Period. Customer service is available in English only.
