This Promotion is open to Mastercard credit card holders in the United States. Cardholders must use a valid Mastercard issued by a financial institution in the “Territory” which shall be defined as United States. Debit, Apple Card, Wells Fargo Mastercard card and international transactions are ineligible. To qualify, cardholders must enroll in the promotion with an eligible Mastercard AND have made a transaction with Uber using the same eligible Mastercard within 3 days prior to or after enrollment. Cardholders’ accounts must be open and in good standing at the time of purchase and statement credit. The statement credit will be awarded to the primary account holder (as determined by the Mastercard account records) name on the account accessed by the Mastercard used to make the qualifying purchase. Purchases from the same account but different cards cannot be combined.
